Sad loss of Dr Tamilthasan of Base Hospital Thirukkovil, Eastern Province
We are very sad to inform you that Dr Tamilthasan of Base Hospital, Thirukkovil, Eastern Province, has passed away following a short illness. During his many years at Thirukkovil Hospital, both as a Medical Officer and the Medical Director, he worked tirelessly in improving the hospital status and quality of medical care.
We are fortunate to have worked with him in supporting and developing Thirukkovil Hospital.
His passing is a huge loss to his family, the hospital and the people of Thirukkovil and the surrounding areas.
We have lost a very good friend and a sincere and hard working doctor.
May he rest in peace.
